Blandfords is a hidden treasure, approached by a footpath at the end of a cul de sac. An early eighteenth century cottage, it has been sensitively restored and is now a stylish retreat.
Ground Floor
Entrance opens directly into the open plan sitting room with comfortable seating surrounding a large inglenook fireplace.
Steps lead down to the 'Shaker' style kitchen, period in style but equipped with modern appliances: electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the kitchenware, crockery and cutlery that are needed for large parties.
Double French doors lead from the kitchen to the conservatory/dining room which can seat up to 12 in comfort and which, itself, leads directly on to south facing decking and from there to the garden.
Bedroom 1: Has twin zip and link beds so suitable for either singles and couples. The ensuite shower room houses a shower, loo, basin, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
First Floor
Spiral stairs lead up to the first floor where there is:
